PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, and documenting entry and exit activity. Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct guests, drivers, and vendors to the appropriate department or contact in a professional manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support front desk operations within a logistics and distribution location by maintaining accurate logs, reviewing deliveries and/or visitor appointments, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Have 1+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
