Unarmed Security Officer Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
  • Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.
  • Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.
  • Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule required; weekend availability is essential.
  • Must have valid, up-to-date state-issued Guard Card.
  • Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Must pass psychological evaluation and structured interview. If applicable, valid HR-218 credentials or retired law enforcement ID with carry permit. Military candidates must present DD-214 with an honorable discharge. If applicable, valid HR-218 credentials or retired law enforcement ID with carry permit.
