PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response protocols at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain awareness of restricted-area entry requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, access-related activity, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess a valid armed guard card or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
