Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security officers to cover the weekend shift SATURDAY and
SUNDAY 10
00pm to 6:00amThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual with strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Provide assistance during conflicts by employing effective conflict management techniques. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Military background or training is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid security officer certificate or be willing to obtain one.
