On-Call Security Officer

Overview SPADE Security Services is seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Flex Officers for On-Call and Part-Time positions to join our growing team. Flex Officers provide coverage across multiple client sites and shifts, helping ensure a safe and secure environment for businesses, employees, and visitors throughout the Greater Sacramento and Roseville areas. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining professional security standards. Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties Monitor for suspicious activity and safety hazards Enforce site rules and security procedures Respond to incidents and emergencies when needed Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime Write clear and accurate incident reports Communicate with supervisors and dispatch regarding site activity Provide professional customer service to clients and visitors Requirements Valid California BSIS Guard Card required Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites if assigned Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong observation and communication skills Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor Skills Security Patrol Observation Skills Incident Reporting Access Control Situational Awareness Conflict De-escalation Customer Service Radio Communication Report Writing Emergency Response Awareness Attention to
