Job Description
Flex Security Supervisor $32hr to $35hr Essential Responsibilities Provide supervision and leadership to security officers at assigned client locations. Serve as a liaison between site management, clients, and security personnel. Conduct site inspections, audits, and post checks to ensure compliance with company and client expectations. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional manner. Assist with officer training, coaching, and performance management. Complete reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time. Support staffing needs by covering open posts and assisting at multiple locations as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area, including assignments between Fremont and San Francisco . Previous supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and report writing. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Previous GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) experience. Experience with incident management systems, access control systems, and security technology platforms. Experience managing multiple sites or mobile security operations. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to adapt quickly to changing assignments and priorities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be able to respond quickly to emergencies. Must be capable of driving between multiple client locations as business needs require.

Various client sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Fremont, San Francisco, and surrounding locations.Schedule:
