Head of Security Coin Op Game Room _ Temecula Temecula, CA Job Details Part-time From $25 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Guard Card Full Job Description Job Overview Coin-Op Game Room is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Security to lead our bar/restaurants security operations with energy, precision, and a proactive mindset. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and a valid BSIS Guard Card. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of physical and operational security, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain safety of bar patrons and fellow staff members inside the bar and its surrounding entrance points Exercise strong knowledge of accepted forms of identification by the ABC to ensure a lawful and safe drinking environment Exhibit strong flow of business from the entrance point; maintain accurate door count at all times Protect company's property/assets as it pertains to the building, fixtures, games, etc. Report any suspicious activity to the manager on-duty and take detailed, accurate notes of unusual occurrences Diffuse all conflict on the premises; communicate with diplomacy our company policy and CA laws when a verbal alteration arises; avoid physical contact with patrons at all costs unless in the instance of self-defense Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Be an agent of hospitality for the company; be informed on Coin-Op's offerings, events, operations Maintain a clean work space; help open/close bar and perform cleaning duties Attend quarterly meetings to stay updated on company policies Other duties as assigned.
