Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches or hazards. Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees, controlling access points efficiently and professionally. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Enforce loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism activities. Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations, offering immediate assistance until professional help arrives. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications is expected. Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections. Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor during tense situations. Knowledge of security procedures, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances around the premises, and respond swiftly when needed.
