Job Summary:
This may include foot patrols, responding to emergencies, completion of detailed reports, and interacting with local law enforcement. Our ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity, while enhancing guest experience. This role supports the overnight shift mainly working from 11:00pm-7:30am.Job Specifications:

No Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees.
- Basic First Aid response.
- Enacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies.
- Basic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures.
- Managing and resolving tier-two (transferred from other departments) customer service issues.
- Enforcing all property regulations.
- Investigating incidents.
- Writing and filing reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- required.
- Valid US Driver's license
- required.
- Extensive customer service skills and experience
- required.
- Clean driving record and background check
- required.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
