Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify potential security threats. Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors. Respond swiftly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively. Perform safety checks including first aid assistance and CPR when necessary to support health emergencies. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure proper resolution. Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are a plus; ongoing training is encouraged. Familiarity with surveillance tools such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Strong observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective conflict resolution. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations confidently. Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required.
