Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to ensuring safety at all times. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure security protocols are being followed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining clear communication regarding incidents or concerns. Document daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities in detailed reports for review by management. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations while maintaining professionalism. Participate in ongoing training programs related to loss prevention strategies and security best practices.
