As an Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government facilities, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors at government facilities by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, public access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.

Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable site procedures and reporting requirements.

Monitor access points and verify authorization for visitors, vendors, and/or personnel in accordance with site-specific protocols.

Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
