Security Post Commander Unarmed

The Post Commander will enforce the COMPANY POLICIES, be responsible for the training of security officers, develop staff, and perform all duties of security officers and supervisor as needed.

AS A POST COMMANDER YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING

Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance. Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff. Respond immediately to open shifts Assist with complaints from clients. Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities. Able to work extended hours and various shifts. Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor. Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers. Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customer's expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures. Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support. Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have effective written and oral communication skills, must be able to use independent judgment.
• Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)
• Professional appearance.
• US Citizen or Lawful Resident with the ability to work in the USA.
• Computer skills to utilize technology.
• Able to provide high quality customer service.
• Previous Security Experience (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
• Previous verifiable Supervisory Experience (Minimum 1 Year Experience)
• Ability to Pass Drug Test
• No Felony Arrests/Convictions
• Able to work Days, Swing, Graveyard, Weekends, and Holidays.
• Must be able to work in various working environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as rain, heat, cold.

• MUST HAVE

  Current Denver Guard Card
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work.
