PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and help to control authorized access to the property in accordance with post instructions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, and perimeter to help to identify suspicious activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns. Prepare accurate reports of daily activities, access-related events, and incident details, and relay important information during shift changes and/or to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
