Full Job Description Responsibilities:
In charge of coordinating and supervising security staff at multiple sites Point of contact with the client Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff Oversees the Daily Activity and Incident Reports Ensuring that security protocols are adhered to Monitor and evaluate security staff's performance To ensure a safe environment To make general safety inspections To maintain logs, incident reports and other records on a as-needed basis if and when incidents arise To document all discrepancies and breaches in security and other concerns To prevent, detect and appropriately control incidents of criminal activity To contact the appropriate law enforcement or emergency personnel, when necessary Required work experience, skills and education: Must have management experience Security experience
Education:
BA degree - preferred Must be older than 21 years Ability to obtain other client and contract specific licenses Needs to be able to read, write and speak English Ability to write reports Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels Possess basic computer skills Must be able to observe, walk, stand, sit, or drive for extended periods of time in various weather conditions; run, climb stairs, and carry fire extinguishers or other emergency equipment; help restrain or lift a person; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; frequently required to use hands, handle or feel objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception Must have the ability to adjust focus; self- motivation and ability to work independent of immediate supervision This is an ARMED position
