Job Description
Description Application deadline: Sep 7, 2026 Amazon's Security team is looking for a Program Security Officer, based in Denver, to run the facility program-security operations for a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory. We are a hands-on team that keeps cleared people safe, badged, and productive. In this role you administer indoctrinations, debriefings, and non-disclosure execution, manage badging, access determinations, and visit certifications, maintain the access rosters and program-security records, and support incident inquiries and reporting to our Government counterparts. You will work daily with personnel security, physical security, and the CPSO to keep the program's security posture tight and its people mission-ready. If you like being the trusted operator at the center of a classified program, this role is for you. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Key job responsibilities
- Administer indoctrinations, debriefings, and NDA execution for cleared personnel.
- Manage badging, access determinations, and visit certifications for the facility.
- Maintain access rosters and program-security records and support self-inspections.
- Support incident inquiries and reporting to the Government PSO.
- 3+ years of program or personnel security experience.
- Knowledge of the
NISPOM, ICD
704, and SCI program-security requirements.- Experience with badging/access and security recordkeeping.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a PSO on an U.S. Government/IC program.
- Familiarity with the NSCM and ND 100-series.
- Denver-area presence and a security certification.
