Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Security Officer for a commercial property in Dillon. This daytime role focuses on maintaining order, monitoring activity, and providing a professional presence throughout the site. The position involves routine patrols, interaction with tenants and staff, and handling day-to-day security concerns as they come up. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled patrols of interior and exterior areas Maintain a visible and professional presence on-site Monitor daily activity and identify safety concerns or irregularities Respond to incidents in line with site procedures and company standards Interact with tenants, employees, and visitors in a respectful manner Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details Follow all post orders and site-specific instructions Minimum Qualifications Personal firearm required; must carry in compliance with applicable laws and company policy Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to Grand Junction for onboarding and training Strong awareness and ability to stay alert throughout the shift Clear communication skills and basic report-writing ability Preferred Experience Previous experience in armed security roles Background in commercial properties or customer-facing environments Work Environment Commercial or office setting Combination of standing, walking, and routine patrols Consistent weekday daytime schedule Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
