Unarmed Construction Security Advanced Professional Security - 2.8 Golden, CO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $22.00 - $23.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Advanced Professional Security (APS) is seeking a professional and observant Non-Armed Security Officer to maintain a visible security presence for FCI Constructors, Inc at their site in Golden, CO to ensure Firewatch duties. This is a great entry- to mid-level opportunity to begin your career in the unarmed security industry. Unarmed Construction Security Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols and remain observant of site and status Observe, report, and document activity or incidents accurately and every 30 minutes to corporate Respond promptly and professionally to security concerns, alarms, or disturbances Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures in a courteous manner Coordinate with local law enforcement when required Complete incident reports and daily activity logs Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Demonstrate reliable attendance and timeliness Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass a CBI background check and drug test Must be at least 18 years of age Prior security experience preferred (but not required) Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Reliable transportation Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (at least 8-hour shifts) Ensure self-discipline to remain cautious and unpreoccupied Schedule & Availability Night Shift (1730 - 0630)• Full-time and part-time shifts available This posting will remain open until filled with qualified candidates Compensation & Benefits Hourly range starting at $22.00/ DOE and availability Training provided Supportive team environment Work Environment Indoor active construction site (Site Safety equipment must be worn at all times while on the active site) Must be comfortable being alone on an active construction site Diversity drives innovation, and inclusion fuels our success.
