Overnight Weekend Availability Preferred Please apply only if you meet ALL of the following requirements: At least 21 years of age Own a full-size duty handgun Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Clean criminal background Acceptable driving record Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and assigned shifts Ability to perform standing, walking, and patrol duties throughout the shift Pay & Benefits $23.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and licensing) 401(k) Health Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Program Opportunities for advancement within a growing company As an Armed Security Agent with Iron Spear Protection Group , you will: Conduct interior and exterior security patrols Maintain a visible and professional security presence Control access and verify authorized entry Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents Complete detailed incident and activity reports Enforce client policies and site procedures Identify and report safety or security concerns Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining officer presence Work closely with supervisors and fellow officers to ensure a safe environment Why Join Iron Spear Protection Group?
