Must have flexible availability Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with diverse individuals, including bilingual support when required. Experience Previous experience in a security role or related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with staff and customers.
