Job Summary Security Services Investigative Specialist Oxy is a leading company in the energy sector, committed to health, safety, and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Corporate Security group in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities Report directly to the Security Manager within Corporate Security.

Develop, implement, and oversee security programs at domestic and international locations.

Manage and supervise contract security services as required.

Administer security policies, procedures, and employee security awareness training.

Identify potential security threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Security team on physical security initiatives.

Partner with HR, Legal, and other business units on matters of shared interest.

Be willing to travel as necessary and respond to incidents on a 24/7 basis.

Prepare presentations and engage effectively with senior management.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 8 years of security experience; preferably 10 years of law enforcement experience.

Must possess HR‑218 qualification or be able to obtain it within 6 months of employment.

Valid driver's license.

Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient understanding of physical security principles, practices, and operations.

Demonstrated ability to integrate into the security framework of a large corporation.

Capacity to exercise sound judgment and respond decisively in dynamic situations.

Desired Qualifications Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong written and oral communication proficiency.

Competence in computer applications.

Familiarity with electronic security systems.

Prior experience in security within the energy sector.

Compensation Salary range: $103,200 - $141,900 per year.
