Job Description Position Summary The Supervisor, Safety & Security Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Company's Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. The position provides leadership to EHSS personnel, establishes a scalable reporting structure, and ensures consistent ownership of safety and security initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, administer, and improve EHSS programs and policies Establish and maintain a scalable reporting structure for safety & security Supervise and lead EHSS staff in day-to-day operations Directly oversee incident and accident investigations Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements Lead audits, inspections, and facility compliance assessments Analyze safety data and trends to drive improvements Serve as advisor to leadership and employees on safety matters Participate in safety councils and pre-construction meetings Evaluate new projects for safety risks and recommend improvements Administer safety & security annual budgets Exercise authority to suspend unsafe work activities Minimum Qualification s Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field required Minimum 5 years EHSS experience required; leadership experience preferred Experience in utilities or construction a plus Certified Safety Professional (CSP) strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and public speaking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license required Compensation Type Annual Salary Compensation Range Grade 7
