Job Description

We are a small cocktail bar looking for a reliable and professional Bouncer / Door Security team member for Friday and Saturday nights.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring the door and checking IDs Maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Handling difficult or intoxicated guests professionally Assisting with crowd control when needed Helping ensure guests leave the premises respectfully at closing Communicating clearly with bartenders and management Preventing outside issues from entering the bar environment Ideal candidate: Professional, calm, and confident Reliable and punctual Able to de-escalate situations without unnecessary confrontation Comfortable working late nights Previous bar, restaurant, security, or nightlife experience preferred Must be legally eligible to work We are looking for someone who understands that good security is about presence, professionalism, and keeping the vibe safe — not being aggressive.
