Flex/Float Security Supervisor Pay Rate:
$23.00 per hour
Location:
Connecticut (Travel required - including but not limited to Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire) Position Summary The Flex/Float Security Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support across various client locations. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can step into different environments, ensure continuity of service, and uphold Securitas standards of excellence. Responsibilities Provide supervisory coverage at multiple client sites as needed Lead, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure high performance and professionalism Enforce post orders, site policies, and company procedures Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and service quality Complete and review incident reports, daily logs, and other required documentation Assist with training and onboarding of new Security Officers Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members Adapt quickly to new environments, post assignments, and client expectations Qualifications Prior security supervisory or management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to travel consistently throughout assigned areas (Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire, etc.) Active CT Security Officer License (or ability to obtain) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage of $23.00 Opportunity for career growth within a global organization Exposure to diverse client sites and operational environments Ongoing training and development Apply Today If you are a motivated leader who demonstrates Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness , we invite you to apply and join our team.
