SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers, and all visitors. The Security Officer shall oversee the enforcement of all Fresh's safety and security plan and maintain all security systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Enforce Fresh's Safety and Security Plan. Protect property from theft, fire and accidents. Investigate and report accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other relevant incidences. Implement appropriate security and safety measures to deter and prevent unauthorized entrance into areas containing inventory and prevent theft or diversion of inventory. Such other functions as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Experience:
10+ years in security or former law enforcement •
Education:
BA or BS required, permit to carry a handgun, psychological fitness. • Must possess: HR-218 and/or Red-Card Security Officer ID card. Minimum Requirements •
Preferred Experience:
Security / law enforcement / military. •
Education:
High school diploma, psychological and physical fitness. • Valid driver's license in good standing required. Moral fitness (this position is subject to a background check). • Extraordinary attention to detail and vigilance are a must.
