Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Armed Security Guard to safeguard our premises, personnel, and assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, and rapid emergency response. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, conflict management, and security protocols will ensure the safety of everyone on site. Duties Conduct thorough patrols of the facility using surveillance systems and physical security measures to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity Control access points with precision, performing background checks and verifying identification of visitors, contractors, and staff Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Operate access control systems and security equipment such as Taser devices, firearms, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and perform CPR when necessary Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety standards Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting for security equipment or supplies in accordance with safety protocols Execute emergency response procedures during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches ensuring compliance with safety regulations Experience Prior experience in security roles, military service, or law enforcement is highly desirable Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems, and physical security practices Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and firearm handling is preferred Proven ability to write clear incident reports and perform background checks effectively Strong conflict management skills with experience in de-escalation techniques and emergency response procedures Physical fitness to perform patrols, heavy lifting, and manual handling activities throughout shifts Familiarity with compliance standards related to security regulations and heavy security environments Join us to be part of a committed team dedicated to maintaining a safe environment through vigilance, professionalism, and proactive security measures. Pay:

$23.14 - $27.87 per hour
