PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support orderly operations and appropriate follow-up. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and general assistance while helping to support site rules and authorized entry practices. Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Hospital vaccines are required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a guard card As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
