Overview Join our security team as a Patrol Security Officer and become a vital part of maintaining a safe, secure, and well-protected environment. In this energetic role, you will actively patrol designated areas to deter and detect security breaches, monitor surveillance systems, and respond swiftly to incidents. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizing entry for authorized personnel and visitors. Provide first aid or CPR when necessary to assist injured individuals until emergency services arrive. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is required. Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as law enforcement or security training are a plus. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response techniques. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
