Position Overview:

The Front Desk/Rover supports the property by managing all resident and visitor operations, cordially and professionally answering questions, and patrolling the property. This is a part time role-the schedule is Sat/Sun 11:00pm to 7:00am Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Patrol:

Conduct regular patrols of the condominium premises on foot or using a designated rover vehicle Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities. Collaborate with other personnel to maintaining a secure environment.

Access Control:

Verify and control access to the condominium property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records of individuals entering and leaving the premises. Respond promptly to access control alarms

Emergency Response:

Act and respond quickly in case of emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Implement emergency procedures and protocols to ensure

Customer Service:

Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and requests courteously Provide information on condominium policies and procedures

Maintenance and Reporting:

Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Report any malfunctioning security equipment and assist in its resolution. Maintain effective communication with residents, management, and other security personnel. Provide clear reports on incidents, activities, and any security-related issues.

Collaboration:

Work closely with property management, maintenance staff, and other relevant personnel to address security and safety concerns. Participate in training sessions and drills to enhance skills and preparedness.

Requirements:

HS Diploma (or equivalent) required Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong verbal communication skills Must have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
