Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Observe and report any unusual behavior or security breaches promptly and accurately Control access points by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee key areas continuously Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including medical incidents or conflicts, following established protocols Enforce facility policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention with professionalism and tact Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs to document daily activities and any incidents Skills Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) operation and monitoring techniques Basic first aid and CPR certification to assist in medical emergencies Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively using conflict management skills Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and reporting requirements Experience or background in security, military, or law enforcement fields is advantageous Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with staff, visitors, and emergency responders Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
