In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, and incident response. Your expertise in security protocols, conflict management, and emergency procedures will ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on site. Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies using established protocols and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Support loss prevention initiatives by identifying potential vulnerabilities and enforcing security policies Requirements Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable Certifications in first aid (including CPR), conflict management, CCTV operation, or loss prevention are advantageous Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), access control procedures, and emergency response protocols Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surveillance tasks Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts professionally while ensuring safety for all parties involved Physical fitness to perform patrols, inspections, and emergency interventions as required Join us if you're passionate about creating secure environments where people feel safe and protected.
