Position Overview:

As a Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for filling in at various locations as needed, including covering shifts for vacations, call-outs, and emergency situations. This position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide coverage at multiple client sites across Miami-Dade County. Perform routine patrols and maintain a visible security presence. Monitor access control and verify credentials. Respond to incidents and write detailed reports. Follow post orders and company procedures at each assigned location. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Prior security experience preferred. Must have a flexible schedule and be available on short notice. Reliable transportation (required to travel between sites). Computer proficiency (report writing, basic systems use). Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
