SMI Now Hiring - Gatehouse Security Officers (Miramar) Security Management Innovation (SMI) is currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Gatehouse Security Officers for our residential community post located in Miramar, Florida.

We currently have:

1 Full-Time Opening 1

Part-Time Opening Pay Rate:

$16.50 per hour

Full-Time Schedule:

Tuesday Wednesday Saturday Sunday Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00

PM Part-Time Schedule:

Friday Saturday Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:00

AM Position Responsibilities:

As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Duties Include:

Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian access. Verifying guest and visitor information. Logging visitors and deliveries. Conducting patrol observations as needed. Monitoring cameras and gate access systems. Reporting incidents and suspicious activity. Maintaining professional communication with residents and management. Providing a welcoming and professional presence at the gatehouse.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Security D License. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently. Basic computer skills preferred. Previous gatehouse or residential security experience is a plus.
