Overview Join our dynamic security team as an Unarmed Security Officer, where your vigilance and commitment to safety will play a vital role in protecting our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this energetic position, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and excellent customer service. Your dedication will help foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on-site. Responsibilities Monitor premises by conducting foot patrol of and conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats or irregular activities. Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct routine patrols of the facility to ensure safety protocols are maintained and security measures are in place. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records accurately and professionally. Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods throughout shifts. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public. Additional certifications in law enforcement or security-related training are a plus.
