Overview Godly Security Agency are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a strong presence, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in various situations. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in protecting assets and ensuring the safety of individuals on-site. Duties Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify potential security breaches or suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing threats and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Conduct thorough inspections of premises to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in case of emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Document incidents and prepare reports detailing observations, actions taken, and any relevant information for management review. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with conflict management techniques to effectively handle disputes or altercations. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus, enhancing the ability to safeguard assets effectively. Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV) is beneficial for monitoring activities within assigned areas. A military background or training can be advantageous in understanding security protocols and emergency response procedures.
