We are currently seeking a dependable, professional, and flexible Part-Time Security Officer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, tenants, and team members. Position Summary The Part-Time Flex Security Officer is responsible for protecting property assets, monitoring on-site activity, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the property. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Schedule Requirements (Important)

Primary Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Flex Coverage:

Must be available to pick up additional shifts as needed and adapt to occasional schedule changes with advance notice Key Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of guest suites, retail areas, restaurants, marina, and parking facilities Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or incidents Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests, tenants, and visitors Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports Coordinate with local emergency services when necessary Assist with crowd control and safety during events Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Florida Class "D" Security License preferred (or ability to obtain) Previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Reliable attendance and flexibility are essential for this role Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join Us?
