ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an unarmed weekend Security Officer for a Community Development District (CDD) amenity center in Riverview, FL. This is a customer-facing post at a family-oriented residential community. The core of the job is controlling authorized access at the pool and amenity area, enforcing the community's posted rules consistently, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment for residents and their guests. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Verify authorized access at the pool and amenity center entry points. No exceptions. Enforce community amenity rules consistently and professionally. Deter unauthorized guests, after-hours access, and rule violations. Conduct active foot patrol of the amenity center, pool deck, pavilion, tot lot, basketball court, and parking areas throughout your shift. Document notable observations, denied entries, disputes, and interactions as time-stamped Digital Incident Reports. Submit a complete Daily Activity Report (DAR) at the end of every shift. Contact 911 for any true emergency.

(NON-NEGOTIABLE) We are hiring for a premium security post at a community that expects a professional presence. If any of the following are a problem, please do not apply. Full GreyCircle uniform required at every shift. Clean, pressed, and inspected before you clock in. Company shirt, black or tan pants, all-black tactical footwear. Active foot patrol required for the entire shift. Officers do NOT sit or "hang out" in a personal vehicle during shift. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use anywhere on community property. Minimal phone use during shift. Phone is for Daily Activity Reports and contacting management only. No fraternization with residents. Professional distance at all times.

hair trimmed, beards maintained, no overpowering scents, no smoke odors. Show up early. Never late. Never call out without proper notice.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License (required) Reliable transportation Smartphone with the Connecteam app installed for scheduling and reporting Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods in an outdoor environment Professional communication and de-escalation skills Clean criminal background Ability to pass a drug screening Level 1 background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes
