Security Guard

Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect any suspicious activities. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR as needed. Document incidents and prepare reports detailing any security breaches or unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns. Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods and performing patrol duties. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location of assignments.
