Part-Time Executive Protection AgentJob Overview We are seeking highly professional, dependable, and security-minded Executive Protection Agents to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Our Executive Protection Agents are responsible for providing discreet, proactive, and client-focused protective services for executives, high-net-worth individuals, corporate personnel, dignitaries, and private clients throughout South Florida. Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional situational awareness, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering a superior client experience. This position requires individuals who understand that executive protection extends beyond physical security and includes exceptional customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism. Duties Provide close protection services for executives, corporate personnel, VIPs, and private clients. Conduct advance planning, route assessments, venue evaluations, and threat assessments prior to assignments. Maintain continuous situational awareness and identify potential security risks before they develop. Escort clients safely to and from residences, businesses, airports, hotels, private events, and other designated locations. Coordinate with chauffeurs, corporate personnel, event staff, hotel security, and local law enforcement when necessary. Maintain client confidentiality and exercise the highest level of discretion regarding all assignments. Monitor surroundings and respond appropriately to suspicious activity, emergencies, or security incidents. Prepare detailed incident reports and document operational activities as required. Ensure assigned equipment and vehicles remain operational and mission-ready. Maintain professional appearance and conduct while representing the company at all times. De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment, communication skills, and established protective protocols. Provide exceptional client service while maintaining a low-profile protective presence. Qualifications Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License required. Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License preferred or ability to obtain. Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background investigation, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent situational awareness, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under stressful or rapidly evolving situations. Professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments. Physically capable of standing, walking, and working extended assignments. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
