WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise and manage security staff Perform Security Officer duties when needed Implement and enforce security procedures Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities Train Security Officers and Shift Leads Communicate with operations management Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out Assist with payroll and personnel management

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory Valid State Guard License Strong knowledge of security operations Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
