Job Summary Join our team as a Gate Access Coordinator and be the first line of security for our facility! In this vital role, you will manage entry and exit points, ensuring that only authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors gain access to our premises. Responsibilities Verify identification and authorization of all individuals requesting access to the facility or designated areas Manage visitor sign-in procedures, issuing visitor badges and escorting visitors when necessary Monitor gate access points through electronic systems, ensuring proper logging of entries and exits Conduct routine inspections of access points to ensure security protocols are followed Respond promptly to access requests or inquiries from staff, visitors, or contractors Maintain accurate records of all gate activity, including incident reports or unusual occurrences Collaborate with security teams and management to update access permissions as needed Experience Previous experience in security, customer service, or access control roles is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic access control systems and CCTV surveillance is a plus Demonstrated reliability and integrity in handling sensitive information and security procedures Join us in creating a secure environment where safety meets exceptional service!
