The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in security operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring post coverage, responding to incidents, and maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism during overnight operations. Schedule FullTime 3rd Shift / Overnight Weekends and holidays as needed Responsibilities Supervise and support security officers during assigned shift Ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers remain in compliance with post orders and company policies Conduct routine patrols of the property and inspect security operations Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and tenant concerns Prepare detailed incident and activity reports Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for property management and tenants Train, coach, and mentor security personnel Ensure all security procedures and access control protocols are followed Assist with scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coverage Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years of security experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience in commercial real estate or Class A office environments preferred Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Professional customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass background screening and drug test Must meet all state licensing requirements, if applicable Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Paid training Health, dental, vision and life Insurance Paid time off If you are a motivated security professional looking for a leadership opportunity in a professional commercial environment, we encourage you to apply.
