AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorized entry, maintain visitor and contractor records, and direct individuals in accordance with site requirements. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and document observations and actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated production-area access points, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting irregular conditions. Support compliance with facility entry requirements, including required personal protective equipment and restricted-area protocols, while maintaining professional interactions with all personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
