We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Lead Alarm System Technicians . Candidates should have a strong background in the installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial and residential security and life-safety systems. This position requires the ability to work independently, lead projects, and provide exceptional customer service. We appreciate technicians who are dependable, flexible, and committed to getting the job done right. What You'll Do Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems Program, test, and commission new and existing systems Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently Lead installations and service projects from start to finish Train and mentor less experienced technicians when needed Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Complete accurate service reports and documentation Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job site Let's Be Honest... Some days are longer than others. Some customers are easy, and some aren't. Some travel throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia is required. We work hard, help each other, and get the job done right. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2-5 years of experience installing and servicing electronic security systems Strong working knowledge of: Burglar Alarm Systems Fire Alarm Systems Access Control Systems Video Surveillance (CCTV) Systems Experience programming and troubleshooting a variety of security system manufacturers Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Are you able to meet these Qualifications?
