Manage patients with 1013 2013 status in accordance with Tanner policy. Maintain proper documentation in accordance with Tanner policy. Administer facility security and access control measures. Comply with standards set forth by regulatory agencies, to include the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Attend meetings and participate in continuing education mandated per department and system policy. Transport individuals, equipment, medications, and supplies within and between Tanner facilities. Use and maintain facility and issued equipment in accordance with Tanner policy. Secure individuals in high difficulty situations. This includes direct interaction with belligerent patients or visitors and crowd control. Take immediate corrective action against hazards and conditions which may cause injury or damage. Apply appropriate use of force in accordance with Tanner policy when warranted for the protection of patients and staff.
