Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver in Columbus, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
