This is an Overnight patrol position About us United Security Agency is a private security company that takes providing safety and security for its clients seriously. We are professional and proactive company that looks for the best officers in this field statewide. Must have equipment and Certifications for Georgia. Armed Officer Position Must have equipment Certifications for Georgia. Must have own reliable transportation Working Cell Phone Full duty equipment including firearm We are looking for Experienced Armed Security Officer. You need to have your transportation, Working Cell Phone (smart phone) Access to the internet (at least weekly) Full duty epuipment to include full size firearm. And less lethal options. Security Officer skills Surveillance Skills Dealing with Uncertainties Judgment Objectivity Dependability Emotional Control Integrity Safety Management Professionalism Reporting Skills and most important customer service Secures premises and personnel Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Must be at least 25 years old Ability to pass a background check Valid security guard license Previous security-related work experience preferred Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations Proficient written and oral communication skills Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed Working knowledge of basic security
