PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report unusual conditions or suspicious activity. Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program, or equivalent. Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
