Unarmed Security Guard

Overview 12 hour night shift rotating days 6P-6A First week you will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday Sunday second week you will work Wednesday Thursday. You have great opportunities for overtime with 20 hours of overtime each pay cycle. This will be a temporarily contract for 90 days Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards Manage access points by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement if required Enforce loss prevention policies by observing and deterring theft or unauthorized activities Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping Assist in conflict management by calmly resolving disputes and de-escalating tense situations with professionalism Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and monitoring procedures Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management is a plus Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices Strong observational skills with an eye for detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding effectively to emergencies or conflicts Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to safety excellence!
