Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in La Fayette, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support site operations through strong communication and customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity in a people-first culture.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location protocols, helping to support authorized entry and orderly movement of personnel, contractors, and deliveries. Support security-related operations within a manufacturing and industrial location by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and maintaining awareness of operational activity and restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

A current guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
